Design for spaces with a story.
We design spaces that feel just as beautiful as they look. We create timeless environments that move you and stand the test of time – respecting the original character of the building while giving every detail thoughtful attention. We care for every stage of your project on your behalf, from the initial ideas to the polished final implementation, making your journey toward a new space as calm and seamless as possible.
Interior Architecture & Design
We design offices, commercial spaces, homes and holiday homes where aesthetics, functionality and timelessness go hand in hand. Every solution is created with respect for the unique character of the property and the way you live.
Project Management & Client Advocacy
We coordinate the project from start to finish, ensuring that the work progresses smoothly, on schedule and within budget. You can simply look forward to the finished result.
Architectural Services & Permit Processes
For larger renovation projects, we bring together the architects and specialists required for the project. We ensure that every alteration supports both the functionality of the building and the overall design.
Technical Design & Coordination
We coordinate the HVAC, electrical and building services plans with the interior architecture, ensuring that every solution works seamlessly together – both on paper and in practice.

First Meeting & Consultation (Free of Charge)
It all starts with a simple hello. In our initial meeting, we listen carefully to your wishes, map out your needs, and outline the direction for what's to come. Based on this, we prepare a clear, transparent proposal for working together.
Site Visit & Technical Groundwork
Once the project kicks off, we visit your space to take precise measurements and conduct a thorough photo assessment. Right at this early stage—depending on the project—we liaise with the housing company or building managers and consult our network of specialists (HVAC, electrical, structural engineers, and architects). In renovation projects, this early technical sanity check ensures every structural change is viable before we dive deep into detailed interior architecture sketches.
Concept & Initial Design
This is the creative phase where your space finds its soul. We build the visual concept, functional layout plans (floor plans), and initial material choices. We go over the sketches and materials together, making thoughtful adjustments until the whole concept feels just right and we lock it in.
Details & Documentation
With the big picture clear, we move on to the fine details. We draft detailed working drawings, custom joinery and fitted furniture plans, exact material schedules, lighting plans, and any necessary technical documentation. Thanks to our close coordination, all technical aspects blend seamlessly into one cohesive, beautiful design.
Finalizing Plans & Moving to Execution
Once all drawings, plans, and documentation are complete, the design phase comes to a smooth close. From here, it's a natural step to move straight into our Project Management services for renovation projects. We'll handle contractor tendering, gather quotes, and manage contracts on your behalf. As soon as the right team is selected, construction begins—and we take charge of scheduling and coordination, guiding your project safely to the finish line from the kick-off meeting to the final walkthrough.
