Located in a landmark building from 1910, two adjacent office suites underwent a comprehensive, full-scale renovation delivered with a cohesive and timeless aesthetic. The scope included a complete overhaul of all interior finishes, lighting, custom kitchens, and restrooms, along with the addition of a full bathroom. Designed to accommodate modern workflows, the new layout features a dedicated kitchen lounge area, meeting rooms, private focus spaces, and an open-plan work area.

The interior palette centers around light plank parquet flooring and custom-crafted olive ash veneer wall paneling, introducing rich warmth and organic texture to the light interior. The seamless olive ash veneer extends continuously across the kitchen joinery and flush, frameless interior doors. A central architectural ”cube” clad entirely in olive ash beautifully conceals the restroom and shower facilities. The design is refined with subtle brass details, acoustic glass partitions that maximize light flow, and fully modernized building services designed for contemporary workflows.
