Full Renovation of a Private Home in a Historic Heritage Property
Full apartment renovation
The apartment in this historic heritage property underwent a complete transformation. The layout was updated by relocating the kitchen and adding a second bathroom alongside a dedicated utility room to enhance everyday convenience. Original architectural details were thoughtfully preserved and honored, blending them seamlessly with modern comforts. The original flooring and intricate ceiling moldings were carefully restored in keeping with the home's historic charm. With all custom joinery, surface materials, lighting, and loose furniture renewed throughout the project, the result is a beautifully cohesive home that honors the building’s original era with an elegant, modern twist.
